Me, My Wanna Be, and I

Do you wanna be a wanna be.
If so, its fine with me.
One thing you can try,
Is look at all the rest.
And one by one,
Try personas on for size.
There is always someone else,
That you think,
You just might wanna be.
So stick your feet in their shoes.
You still won’t walk inside their feet.
What you really wanna be,
Is the me inside of you,
Not inside of me, or we, or they.
There is someone just like you,
Waiting way down deep,
That cannot escape without,
You turning inside out.
That’s what people really wanna see.
So that is what you really want to be.
