Me

I was a speck of dust in this world,
You brought purpose and life to a dead soul,
Just a drunk with no aim or prospects,
You have torn and cast my past away,
You have given me a future, something, someone to love and care for,
I thought I was brave, a man alone with no hope,
You have turned my whole outlook on how to be me,
Me is not a word without you......
