Me

Don't doubt me ever.
Don't doubt me when I'm holding it down.
Taking care of me and my own.
Protecting those closest to me.

Don't doubt me as you take me in your arms to have and hold.
Taking pleasure in me and all that is me.
Hours of ecstasy thanks to me.

Don't doubt me as my words flow pure and true.
Taking a deepness into all things and all beings.
Expounding faults and virtues effortlessly that is me.

Don't doubt me as I let you in.
My spiritual soul and loving heart opening wide.
Trusting all that flows from you to me.

Don't doubt me as I exhale.
Taking stress and tension, releasing negativity.
Breathing in the new day that is before me.

Don't doubt me as I take care of you.
Loving passionately and forgiving always.
Peace brought forth for only those closest to me.

Don't doubt me as I take my last breath.
Past misfortunes and unseen dreams.
Rising into God's welcoming arms is me.
