Maybe We Are Alone

The day the rainbow fell wisdom died, the white dove departed and brought my soul to its knees The future faded away and feckless sounding words from freedom servers spitting from a mouthful of cheesy pizza led me to a hopeless tomorrow Eating chicken soup with tortillas and hot sauce I filled my gullet, but the chicken soup didn't taste good, I know my life is a lonely one There are no secrets to be found in religion, after all, who doesn't understand, "Do Onto Others..." Maybe we are alone in a dark universe, but feeling darker still is you not loving me.
