Maybe Tomorrow

Yesterday the beginning of my tomorrow. A tomorrow I shall never see. The pain,The agony,The heartfelt sorrow. My bride Lenore;God stole from me. Deep auburn hair, beckoning sea green eyes. Lenore my wife,Lenore my prize. My stunning sunset my life's sunrise. The sun goes dark;my Heartbeat dies. Salty tears streaming down my cheeks,I live. These tears are the remnants of my soul. A soul to Lenore I'd unselfishly give. Bring her back to the living, make her whole. The love of my life, again by my side. The path of life,My Lenore is my guide. Together we laughed,Together we cried. A lifelong love to the world we won't hide. Alas I awake see Lenore in heavenly floral. Soon I'll be with Lenore,my love:Maybe Maybe TOMORROW

Beautiful seems to be the word I use the most when commenting on your poetry. I think it's an appropriate word to this poem, but a slight understatement. I enjoyed reading this one a lot. Always, Laura
