Maybe Forever

we could talk
for hours
and
maybe
forever

I love
when our eyes
embrace

and
stay
there
in
that moment

stretching it
and
hoping
to crystallize it

into something
tangible
something bigger
than the
two of us

something
stronger than
our two wills
combined

The ache of the poet's (your) desire surges forth with each new line. Wonderful sentiment--Is it ever realized? Perfect! :) Gershon
