Maybe I wasn’t ready for, the love that I was seeking? Maybe I wasn’t ready for more to receive what I’d been giving? Maybe I let fear rule my mind… afraid of losing something I wanted to find Maybe I just saw that look in your eyes, that sent me flying toward the skies Chorus So many maybe’s, all answers adrift Onward on a boat with a mood I’m trying to lift So many maybe’s, that I want to let go Hoping and praying for the good times to flow So, maybe I am finally ready now, to transfer my courage to you and I somehow Maybe, I hold a special place in my heart where I keep seeing your face Maybe you are now ready to see, what I was trying to tell you about me Maybe you will also want to fly too, hand in hand, wings spread, in skies so blue Chorus Repeat So many maybe’s, all answers adrift Onward on a boat with a mood I’m trying to lift So many maybe’s, that I want to let go So I’m hoping and praying for the good times to flow

A great song of romance Heidi. I too do not sing but I always hear the tune in my head. I wish I had paid more attention to playing an instrument when I was young.
