May Sunshine
May is known for beautiful warm weather,
The sun shines in the blue sky.
The gardens are filled with beautiful flowers,
Favorites like roses, lilies and wild flowers.
Walks in the scenic park guest,
Where boyfriend and girlfriend are seen,
Roller skating along the walkway,
What a beautiful day with the sunshine on your shoulder.
Skate boarders delight in cruising along the walkway,
Summer is almost here and time to go to the cottage.
Travel to the cottage where you could rent or purchase,
The beautiful scenery, lakes for swimming and boating.
Swimming at the cottage in the shallow water,
Gone sailing in your favorite sailboat.
This is a month of pleasures and sunshine,
Having cookouts and roasting marsh mellows.
May is a favorite month, with activities enhanced,
Thank God for the many blessings.
