May I Love You

May I present my heart unto thy soul, and lock it deep within May I proclaim my love to thee over and over again May we begin, to engage in a courtship, in which time we shall cherish Incredibly extending time, never seeing the day we perish Have you had this feeling before, because not have I Living with your mind in the sky, stationary on cloud nine Oh, so in love is this troubled heart of mine Throughout my lifetime, I devote my spirit to thy hand Making every wish of your soul my command Alone can I no longer stand, for now your life completes my own In my soul only does your heart belong The last and final verse to my life story song Oh the joy I feel, to finally find happiness For the Lord must smile upon me, because with an angel I’ve been blessed For us I’m praying the best, as the time we spend apart becomes less So this favor I ask of you, you must let me know If I may embrace you with my love, and vow to never let you go
