Chilly breeze blows
Evening settles here;
Nearby croaking

Desolate chill;
Solitary tree

Blurry lamp lights;

Rain drenching;
Wetness spills over

Cold cold air
Blankets soft skin;
Goosebumps tangle

Absent moon
Over the other side;
Lonely night

Hot tea brew
Warm comfort here;
Brief sustenance

Good versus evil;
Staycation noise

Scattered verse
Fragments litter;

Late evening poise

Rooftops in view
