Mask

We all have a mask on
Some use it to protect
Their face
While other use it to
Hide their insurcurities
Afraid to be mocked
And laughed at
We all have a mask on
Some wear their love for money
While others wear the mask of fear
To show how frieghting they are
So let me ask you
what type of mask do you wear
Do you wear the mask of good
Or do you wear a mask of evil
Huh, nah forget it you don't have to
Answer that question now
As for me I wear the mask
Of calarity
Meaning that I'm calm
No matter what
Life throws my way but
One word of advice don't let
The mask take over your soul
Don't be consumed by the mask
Don't give into the desires of the mask
Take if off and breathe
Some fresh air every now and then
Don't be afraid to show
The real you
No matter what people might
Say or think about you
We must stand on our own
Two feet and hold our
Head high and not
Depend on the power of the mask
