Notes About The Poem

A gift for my wonderful son Joseph and his beautiful bride. May you bring each other many years of love and happiness.

Marriage Prayer Pledge

Here we lay entwined to sleep
never more our souls to weep
and if the angels come for you
I'll beg the lord to take me too

For I believe He knows, as you
life without you just won't do
so let us end as we started our life
together forever as husband and wife

We sometimes create the best poems fooling around and being silly...lol This happens to be a great example of that! Glad I stopped by. INK-U-SCRIPT

Nicely penned Jeannie, really like this!, our words are never silly , they're meant for someone to gain light from. Have blessed day my great friend, Gordon
