Marmite Or Vegemite

Marmite or Vegemite, which is the best? If you dont know then you won't pass the test One is a milder and lighter brown paste While the other is darker with a meatier taste So if you've not tried them please give them a go Or ask Deb or Tom and they'll let you know ;-) Dedicated to Tom Cunningham (Sir Tom's Marmite Army) and to Deb M (The Queen of the Kingdom of Vegemite)

I remember this contest. I worked so hard on it and lost. I bet you won. You already knew all about it I think. I had to look it up . Haha. Sure had to scroll far down to find a poem I had not yet seen

LOve them both Anne, even my great Grandchildren do, makes a change, from McDonalds!, The info is excellent, and a poem to stand the test of time.

Well, now I definitely need to look for Vegemite and Marmite! I drink some green stuff called vegro.

Hi Ann, Both are definitely an acquired taste and not everyone likes the taste of either brand. But Vegemite is the best hands down and you don't need a lot. Just a small amount to spread on toast. (Marmite.. Yuck!!) Save your money and buy the real stuff. Vegemite is the winner. :-D Cheers my friend :-)

Hi Anne….well Tom and I had come to a truce “for now” I told him to sleep with both eyes open because one never knows!!. I know you are a Vegemite girl so if the war starts again you may be appointed my second in charge!!! Watch this space….Vegemite rules!! Haha. Debx
