the year went by slow
slowly like a rock-a-bye
lullabies lulling
and here we are once again
spinners marking time — heave-ho*

Hi Kim, You hit the 'nail on the head', the year seemed like it crawled into 2021. Let's hope life will shortly resume to what we remember as normal.

The year crawled by in some ways. In other ways I blinked my eyes and it was March 2020. This made me think, so thank you!

Yes, indeed. You've pegged it well, Kim... I remember last year at this time when we were all saying: Well, next Purim/Passover/Easter, we'll look back on the unique 2020 experience --- that's now about to repeat itself in most states (except Texas). The grind is felt, indeed. ~ Plugging along
