Many Fall For Icy Rain
Cold nights grow longer
Water of the ocean
Frost weather conquer
Boldly left frozen
The animals sleeping
The people trapped inside
The cold comes a creeping
Nature, they must abide
Snow falls slowly
Great beauty, yet great pain
Couples left lonely
Many fall for icy rain
Rivers no longer running
Sun far away
Though the beauty’s stunning
Giving short days
Trees grow fruitless
Cold, icy hue
Happiness, rootless
Spring long overdue
Finally a flower blooms
The days grow bright
Many sent to dooms
Life feeds off the light
Though some are gone
Water in fountains
Life carries on
Valleys and mountains
The cycle is cruel
Some must fall, some must go
But only the fool.
Live life on the lay low
