Mans Best Friend Waiting Patiently At the Front Gate
The dog only barks once
When his black moistened snout
Hears his master's voice
And the jangling chain of his leash
Opens a mouth so wide all you can see is teeth
And a cheeky grin
That sets a tale wagging
With bounds of unabridged pleasure
What's up my boy are you ready to go
The pure joy of walking never wears thin
With my loyal companion at my side
Its like taking your very first fairground ride
That is why you wait patiently
In front of the house gate's
Your my very best mate
