Manpower

The most eco-friendly vehicle one could meet
Is a part of you..yes it's  your own two feet...

Essentially this transportation is almost free
And quiet, as quiet as just two feet can be...

Now of upkeep you must think a bit
Healthy eating and good shoes that fit..

There are many miles on those feet of yours
Sorry, can't take you on cross country tours...

You'll see things that you won't from a car
Birds and flowers,  maybe an evening star...

For around town your feet just cant be beat
Leaving no carbon footprint..isn't that neat?!

a very cute poem for the most basic of eco-friendly vehicles that we continually forget to be thankful for and use to it's full poetential. ( well, I don't forget really- just neglect the proper care and maintenance ... warranty ran out along time ago )... enjoyed your poem and good luck in the contest Barbara
