Mania Developed

Mountains of Madness
Mania developed above the mounts of my glory
Abandoned at two and you never knew my story
Delirium confirmed in the break of the morn’
Nasty lies were told since the day I was born
Expected failure from the world’s point of view
Severe anger in a frenzy with no inner value
Sanctified insanity, but no one ever knew
Sincere lunacy condemns my emotions,
Higher than the hills yet low enough to fail,
My craze developed into a strange devotion,
I keep running in circles just chasing my tail.
I’m in a lost box without sanity awoken,
Insane from the peak of the tall heap,
From the darkened absurdity, my legs broken,
My preposterous lows keep hiking too steep.
I’ve seen many days of ludicrous conditions,
And many moments of being foolishly sad,
To all the made up mountains of renditions,
I’ve become demented and psychologically mad.
