Man Gone

Being a son of a man gone
Heart beating threw life's song
A village of women is where I’m from
I’m a son of a man gone

I’m a sun raised son
You shone your rays were fun
Spark hard life like a gun
'Cause I’m a gone man's son

Held tears flood my dam
Over flowing memories I swam
A man's test is my exam
A gone man's sun I am
