Malaise

eroded brawn
his shoulders rounded

curved by the weight of time
exposing years of ache

a wound so deep
a man too broken

devoid of pride
submerged in shame

bitten by remorse
the victim of malaise

his inside
forever weeping

Can see it, can feel it,... have lived it to a lesser extent. Resonates totally with me. Bravo, Line. ~ Gershon

Sad, painful for him; beautifully handled.
