Maladapted, Part II

You hear people thinking that they
can break reality with thought,
that thinking it must make it so,
I think we all have seen their lot.
The kids that think that they are cats,
and demand litter in their schools,
the ones with made-up ‘identities,’
they saw online and think are cool.
Like demigirls or tree spirits,
and other sorts of nonsense crap,
worse still, the ones who claim they’re trans,
in better times we all would laugh.
And while kids always play nonsense
it’s elevated in past years,
the trans ones in particular
trod on a path that ends in tears.
What is truly a mental illness
gets treated like just some life choice,
we help them walk to tragedy,
when if sane we’d help them avoid.
They cheerlead a condition with
forty percent suicide rates,
encouraging a condition
which leaves these people to their fate,
and if they push it too far
with the surgeries and hormones,
they then sterilize these people,
never to have kids of their own.
Again the problem becomes clear,
they can’t increase society,
their future and ours sterilized
for some sick wokist piety.
We cheerlead what brings only death,
biology has clearly said
you cannot escape what you are,
this make-believe is maladapted.

You see oh-so-many children
in a bad position these days,
coming out of these broken homes,
while so many people will say
that single parents are heroes,
you don’t need fathers in the house,
we should embrace the new structures,
that’s just the way that things are now,
the old ways were so oppressive,
family is what you make it.
these platitudes are everywhere,
and they’re all a pile of sh-t.
You can see that in the children,
so many of them just aren’t right,
poverty, insecurity
hoover around them like a blight.
The boys either go gangbanging,
turn to the hypermasculine;
or just become weak beta boys
to be trampled on by women.
The girls end up on stripper poles,
seeking male attention through sex,
no idea of their own value,
since no one was there to protect.
There’s the higher rate of abuse
when foreign men come to the home,
high rates of criminality,
and beyond this they’ll never know
what a good family will look like,
since they’re not seen it for themselves,
dooming their chances in marriage,
just perpetuating the hell.
break-down in functionality
scales up to the nation at large,
the people that we rely on
walk around with these unhealed scars,
so why has the world gone to hell
I think if safely can be said
those broken homes give us people
who are badly maladapted.
