Making Electricity with our Hair

at night in the dark
my sister and I
used to watch brilliant sparks fly

as we brushed our hair
the electricity snapped in the air

we could see it in the dark
it was kind of a lark

the zap of the sparks made us laugh
electricity making, was our kind of witchcraft
