Make Sure Your Sin Will Find You Out!
Lately, I’ve been reading scripture
and thinking about…
The verse that reads; “make sure your
sin will find you out!”
Just the other day… I can
remember the look on his face.
Yet another person has fallen
in a moment of disgrace…
I’ve been guilty of this…
Perhaps thousands of times…
Not being careful of what
enters my mind…
The temptations... The traps that ensnare so many…
They’re out there. And believe me…
They are plenty!
My Lord… I’m guilty too…
And have brought you shame…
So I come to you now and humbly call on your name…
That which seems so ”wonderful” and “innocent…”
Can quickly unfold and cause quite an embarrassment!
Please help me dear Lord to
fall in love with YOU!
And live the way a Christian ought to do!
I don’t want to take a chance
and fall on my face.
And bring to you and my family
a moment of disgrace…
There needs to be a daily
reading of your word…
Your voice in my life…Needs to once again be heard!
Thank you Lord for cleansing me throughout…
And teaching me what following you is all about!
You are the very reason why I’m here…
It’s only in you that my life can be secure!
You’ve given me hope when there’s none to be found…
And have planted my life on a solid ground!
