Make Room For Hope

In my heart, I make room for hope,
for it gives me the strength to cope.
I keep it nestled next to love,
gifted to me by God above.
Like faith, they're tethered to my soul,
and together, they make me whole.
Hope, love, and faith mark us unique,
they're humanity, so to speak.
They're the pillars of empathy,
honesty, and integrity.
Principles integral to me,
they define who I wish to be.
As a feeling sentient being,
believing doesn't require seeing.
Fueled by hope, my faith grows strong
as my conscience sorts right from wrong.
An ethereal emotion,
love is like a healing lotion.
From shattered dreams to broken hearts,
love repairs all the damaged parts.
