Make Me Feel Young

Make me feel young I look at my wrinkled hand, The wrinkles have sucked my youth, But it showed a life truly lived. It is mixed with tragedy and triumph, But yesteryear memories, Make me feel young. My face in the mirror is different, Not smooth, not unblemished, Every line has its own story to say, Happy stories and Sad stories. But yesteryear stories, Make me feel young. Mirrors show the real appearance, Change in looks reveal- earthly existence is temporary. Family and friends seem so far away. People who really care for you- just don’t stay with you. But yesteryear experiences, Make me feel young. Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPad
