Make It Rain

finally we come to rest with the pains of yesterday bent on life's rapid pass where rivers have come to mend awash we have persevered across the jagged succumbing to arms of maturity here we lie in remembrance of duty of past deeds a repetition measured again and again submerged in sinless salutations flushed with fear the backdrop of a feinted sky searching a soul filled eye black diamond glows strapped with the vigors of tomorrow we shall forever know
