Majestic Red Kite

Graceful slow motion
         Russet ruler of the skies
                    Soaring on forked tail.

Good morning, John. Yes, we watch them daily in this part of the world but although they look beautifu up in the skies, I wouldn't risk having a barbecue with them around!

Thank you for the encouragement, Andrea. It was inspired by a glimpse of a red kite early in the morning.
