Magical Breath

i have learned something today it grows in you, only if you have it in you you may or may not realise this each moment your reactions are the result of the echo of what happens outside inside you should be soft, calm and serene always nothing outside can break the inside unless you allow it to breath, the force of life will guide you follow the magical path of the breath it will lead you to bliss never ending rush of happiness every energy in your body is wishing and striving to grow and nurture you plant a seed of happiness and it will flourish
