Maggie and Tippy
Like a small statue
Maggie sits on her rug
Staring at the squirrel
Her squirrel friend Tippy
His tail is white at the tip
She is intense watching
It won't be long before
She stretches at the door
Excited to chase
Tippy up the tree
Then he will look down
To laugh at her
This is how Tippy's day
Always ends every day
Until tomorrow
Tippy plays this game
Teasing Maggie never ends
