Made to Fit

Growing out of the dark earth an eye was made to fit the world. It was a faulty eye, a crude eye, designed to filter out more than it let in. That eye had to be equipped to survive the dark both far and near. Yet, like most evolving creations it began to see the wholeness, it began to make as yet, invisible connections. Then of a sudden a mind-mirror awoke, and it began to outshine even the sun itself.
