Macromania

Massive feet (are they clown's?)
marching along long long
motorway. Stepped knee deep
malodorous dog gift
mocking proboscis. Eyes
mega in disgust. Curse
macromania jinx.

Macromania is a mania where things seem bigger than they really are.
