I never heard of a broccoli wood but I think I could enjoy it. I don't mind broccoli in a cheese soup. I just hate it plain . Nice poem.

It's very strong, plain; I love it with garlic butter, hollandaise sauce or even cheese but, especially in a quiche! Thanks for reading and commenting.

I have not wanted broccoli and cheese for a long time, but now I can think of nothing else!

You tempt with milky smooth cheese then offer broccoli. I suppose you love broccoli..or is this a message for eating healthy, M.L.K?

I actually love broccoli; it's a very flexible vegetable to have such strong flavor. The florets always reminded me of tiny trees. Just have yours with some ooey gooey melted cheese. Thanks.
