Lust Affair
You're a monster inside me
Devouring my heart
Infecting my brain
Silently I mouth your name
Before you slither into my bed
Clawing at my back
Like a wild cat
Pulling at my hair
Falling head over-heels in love
Shouting out your name
Screaming out my nickname
Sighing words of sweet surrender
Descending into the mouth of Erotica
Befriending the Muse of love
In hopes of prolonging our affair
Before I knew it the alarm sounded
And the memory of what we had was erased from your memory
But forever seared in mine.
