Lure of Rose
You’re gone in winter,
planting my yearning
as sapling of rose
in my pale pasture,
where now spring has come.
On jade meadow
dew designs pearls,
blue-bells soak sheen,
breeze sways daisies.
Fragrance of
bloomed rose lures
butterfly,
bringing
to me
you.
