Lullaby
you burn in me
a raging inferno
raising my blood pressure
quickening my pulse
a touch of a hand
lips that whisper
an urgent lover's song
let me sing it with you
as you lay me down
under dark velvet skies
as I softly sigh
sing this lullaby again and again
sing this lullaby
