Love's Mosaic: Finding You in Every Hue

If I ever found myself in a room full of people I've loved
You'd be there twice
Because in every person I've loved after you
I've tried to find a piece of you
If you mix together all the colors in the world you get black
And if I mix everyone I've loved, I get a mosaic of you.

I dream of being loved like this. Whether you've written this from a place of joy or pain, the love represented in your words is both pronounced and undisguised. There is such emotion and reverence in this mighty little poem. Absolutely wonderful, Hana.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
