Love's Light

In my eyes and heart, you will never fade
You are beautiful and perfectly made
I see you every morning and night
You bring my darkened world much needed light

I feel darkness every single day
Because of you it does not block my way
With your love I have broke free from my chains
My heart was damned, but now it lives again

Your eyes bring me peace, your touch feeds my soul
Your love saved my life and made my heart whole
When I close my eyes and drift off to sleep
It’s you that I see, in my heart so deep

Darkness gives chase with the winds of the night
With you my love, I will always have light
