Love's Debris

All that I am, was and ever will be, you'll find written in verses by my hand. You may never completely understand the depth, breadth and heart of me unless you look beyond love's debris. June 2, 2022 Bite Size Poem No. 45 Contest Sponsor: Line Gauthier

Thanks ever so much for liking this one, John. Those broken bits and pieces remain lodged inside our hearts.

Wow, Jenna. This is precious. Sometimes I think, though, this is true of all of us poets. Beyond our scribblings one must look into the debris left behind, a result of failing loves. You sure can write!

That is true of me, Milt. I have so many poems that I just could not share with anyone because they are much too intimate, and not in a sexual way. Thank you for such a compliment to my writing. Hugs.
