Lover's Love

LOVER'S LOVE

Your love is that which I ever wished for
Solace to my heart; comfort to my emotions
The Island of your love is a coast to my heart
A place to escape to.

Blissful memories emerge at the warmth of your embrace
Your touch reminds me of King Solomon
If I'm to be lost, I prefer your desert
to being found in any other's paradise

Neither a pest to my soul
Nor a burden to my heart
I thirst after your presence
I crave the velvety touch of your hands

I live to love you
The only name that rings, sounds audible
Not the common name for others
Mine is unique, I call you my thirst.
