Loveliness

Let's darken the room, get comfortable, and close our eyes.
		Over the next--whatever length of time is needed--let's be
		Very still, quiet, and contemplative. Our intent must be to
		Expel all that's heavy, negative, and unappealing, allowing all that's
		light, positive, and pleasant to flood our minds--every person,
		Idea, thing, or place that brings joy and fulfilment.
		Nothing increases appreciation of life's loveliness and
		Enhances our devotion to all that we love more than
		Sitting, with eyes closed, alone and silent, and dedicating
		Some time to thoughts of them before returning to them refreshed.
