Lovelifted

A gift
Like a sweet kiss
Laid at my feet, upbeat 
Of the heart, joined souls, sweetest bliss
Lives on.

A song
Like a river
Flowing between canyons
Grateful for its air of moisture
Fragrance.

A dance 
In rapid steps 
Sometimes in slow motion
Of a spirit, receiving new precepts
Opens.

A love
Rose like the dawn
In a warm orange glow
Filling my life with a new song
Awed soul.
