Love Yourself
You feel like you conquered the world, but what have you truly beat?
Sometimes conquering the world is just staying on your feet,
Sometimes conquering the world is refusing to retreat,
Sometimes victory involves admitting your defeats...
Really whats the point of wining when it doesn't better you,
All of my greatest achievement are the ones from which I grew
When I can paint an empty canvas that was once covered in blue
Through every poem that I write and every drawing that I drew
The healing process isn't easy, it doesn't happen over night
But I can tell you this for certain, it's always worth the fight
We empathize for others before we think about our health
If you want to truly love you have to give love to yourself...
