Love Versus Hate

I love the times when I feel joyous inside
When all’s well and there is no sign of sorrow
Sunny days when our windows are opened wide
And anticipating joys of tomorrow.

I hate the days when I’m feeling down and blue
And everything seems such a chore to do
When there is strife and friction that never ends
Especially between family or so called friends.

Eight lines wrap up the embrace of joyous bright times in our life vs all times gray crunched, disliking those so much. When I feel one, I can't imagine the other = that's a total lie, I have no idea where I was going with that. I did crack myself up, so I'll leave it in case you are also gifted with a laugh. Prime rhyme, imagery and flow deliver. A relatable poem written from the joy SIDE of a talented pen.
