Love U More
Snow fell softly coating the brown ground to white
hoar frost hung and decorated the trees
sprinkles from the trees fell upon us
deep coldness of the day
was like the coldness in the heart
as we lowered your casket
into the frozen ground below
we stood and mourned for our loss
but the cold sent us for warmth
like the warmth of your heart
you saw the tears that fell
from the heaven above
from the one's left behind
you felt our love as we touched
the wood of your casket
on this our final goodbye
we will no longer hear your words
when we tell you we love you
your words --i LOVE YOU MORE
a new angel has joined heaven
and the Lord has given you wings
our lives will be forever grateful
for the beautiful mom we had
God granted you many years
now through our final tears
we say goodbye sweet mother
our earthly angel now has a heavenly home.
