Love Thy Host

Placing a name
has become very very hard

What is this monolith?

Walk around
inspect

It’s hard
tangible
but breakable

Every time it sears
it cures

Black onto white, white onto black
something of a reversible nature

Note
the veins
Note their mechanical order
flowing in
flowing out

Breathing, sweating, dizziness
just some symptoms
close contact
much worse
so much worse

What is this?

How can something feel so good and wrong
Practice
self
control
Rationalize
irrational
behavior

Stop fearing
love the chase
love the cat and mouse
kill the rat

Still
I will never feel like this again
understatement
I want to feel like this again

What has this monolith done to me?
