Love Through a Prism

Touch of flesh to flesh as night warps itself around us Our bodies remember the warmth they have known Memory serves as a stimulant it keeps the flame alive while the white snow is busy falling outside cold air stings we still remember the fire of spring let sad thoughts be stilled we'll move into a season of light where we will gaze through a prism watch as beams of love splinter into a thousand spectacular colors We'll stand in awe of the brillant lights which penetrate the depths of our consciousness show us the way out of the shadows
