Love the Children

Jesus called a child to him and said:
"And who shall receive one such child in my name receives me."
And so love the children
Love also the grandchildren.
For in ways life is a great circle.
We arrive at the start of the arc
And we are children.
Thus begins the journey of life
As if ascending a rainbow.
It should not come as a surprise
That as old ones we can communicate
So well and so clearly with the young.
Thus now the circle is complete
And we return to our very beginnings.
As we are in unison with the children.
Our hands entwine
In understanding of love
Having completed life's orbit.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
