Love That I Found

Close your eyes when the heartache comes
A child again broken, bruised
But love can happen
Anytime, anywhere
Never close the door
Always be aware

Love isn't always as it seems
Sometimes hidden
A Phantom slipping through a dream
Old lover's arms forgotten
Take a breath and turn around
There's the love that I found

It isn't always obvious
The path of a newborn heart
Easier to reject the gift
Before the season even starts
Courageous one's believe and fall
Into the endless tumble and
Easily grasp it all

Love isn't always as it appears
One million disguises dress a million fears
New love's arms discovered
Let walls crumble to the ground
Like blades of grass in rubble grow,
There's the love that I found.
