Great indeed is Saviour’s love story!*
The Gospel of utmost compassion grace
Bringing heaven’s joy… wondrous victory!
Such precious deed shows Almighty’s glory
Marvelous mercy of sacrifice brace…

Midst despair due to sin-caused misery
My Lord grants pardon of freedom bright rays
Bringing heaven’s joy… wondrous victory!
With faith strengthened from attacking worry
I worship Christ Who hears my earnest praise…

To vanquish gloom and nurse heart’s injury
I seek my Father’s fellowship embrace
Bringing heaven’s joy… wondrous victory!
Author of spiritual history
God re-created me to win life's race…
