Love Songs and Wishes

Love songs and wishes;
A ride at the fair;
A menu nutritious;
He floated on air
    Searching for chances;
    As hope comes to fade
    Like a windup he dances;
    But no one will trade.
There on the stairway
Going up going down;
Love on the airways;
Was the act of a clown?

Oh, I've missed reading your work, Leo! Lots of movement happening, yet it is grounded by your thoughts! Feels like "a ride at the fair". Sometimes it's a though 'love' keeps dropping its ticket.:( Oh, best 'wishes' to you!! Love, Mikki
